John O' Leary
John founded the practice in 2001 with his wife Mary and it has grown from strength to strength ever since. John’s primary areas of practice are Conveyancing, Personal Injury Litigation and Criminal Defence. John attends Tallaght District Court on a daily basis and has represented clients before the District Court, Circuit Court, Central Criminal Court, High Court and Supreme Court.

Aisling O'Leary
Aisling O’Leary began working in John O’Leary Solicitors in October 2010 and become a partner in 2018. Since joining the firm Aisling has gained extensive experience in representing clients in the District Court, Circuit Court and Superior Courts. Aisling mainly practices in Personal Injury Litigation, Medical Negligence, Family Law, Wills and Probate. Aisling also advises clients in relation to Conveyancing, Defamation and Enduring Powers of Attorney.

John joined John O’Leary solicitors in 2015 and qualified as a solicitor in 2020.
John specialises in personal injury litigation, medical negligence, employment law and criminal law, representing clients in the District, Circuit and Superior courts.
John’s focus is on achieving the best possible results for his client’s, whilst making sure that his clients fully understand the legal process and the actions they are taking.

Conor O' Leary
Conor is a Solicitor who specialises in property and probate law.
Conor advises clients on complex residential property and land transactions. He advises on title and planning issues covering all aspects of property transactions.
Conor works closely with executors and administers to ensure the appropriate distribution of assets in the aftermath of bereavements. He is conscientious, ensuring clients are aware of all obligations during the administration process including tax matters with Revenue.
Conor has a friendly, client-conscious manner; ensuring a quick and efficient completion of property and probate cases.
Conor qualified as a Solicitor in December 2022 having previously obtained a degree in English Literature and Film Studies from University College Dublin. Conor has also obtained a diploma in Mediation and a certificate in Environmental Law from The Law Society of Ireland.
Conor enjoys reading, physical fitness and CrossFit. He keeps active doing adventure sports including skiing, climbing, hiking, mountaineering and running.
